Yes. We provide no-cost, no-obligation, on-site estimates within our service area. We measure, assess soil and drainage, review any site challenges (slope, tree roots, poor soil, etc.) and deliver a detailed written quote usually  within 48 hours.

Most municipalities require permits for new slabs and for some replacements. It is
recommended the Property Owner pull and manage all permits.

• Foot traffic only (patios, walkways): 4"
• Cars & light trucks: 4" with proper base
• Heavy vehicles/RVs: 6" minimum + reinforced base

We follow ACI 332 residential code standards.

A stable, compacted gravel base is critical, especially in areas that experience
freeze/thaw conditions.

To achieve the best results for our customers, we avoid pouring in cold temperatures or
when rain is expected.

• Walk: 24–48 hours
• Drive: 14 days for cars; 28 days for full strength (we place caution tape as a
  barrier)

• Standard broom finish (non-slip)
• Stamped & colored (cobblestone, slate, wood plank patterns)
• Sealing options

Yes—A workmanship guarantee plus manufacturer warranties on sealers. Cracks due
to settling or tree roots are excluded but rare with proper base prep.

• Seal every 2–3 years
• Clean with mild detergent (no harsh acids)
• Avoid de-icing salts
• Re-caulk sawcut control joints
